Low viscosity single component MDI-based water reactive polyurethane injection Foam resin. It reacts with water forming a rigid hydrophobic seal. Water sealing of cracks and big gaps in walls, floors, concrete constructions, which are not liable to settings and movements. Is a fast reacting rigid PU foam. It forms a hard sealing with high strength in the crack or joint. Is a fast reacting rigid PU foam, used as a water stop for the sealing of leakages or to stop active water leaks with a high flow and/or high hydrostatic pressure. Penetrates deep in fine cracks. Free expansion: min. 1700 % – 2200 %. Colossus® PUF 2K SF 501 RF is a high-grade, low viscosity PU injection foam resin . Which expands its volume to cure to a very dense, rigid-flexible foam with a very fine cellular structure upon contact with water. Under atmospheric pressure and given free expansion, Colossus® PUF 2K RF 501 RF expands its volume up to 40 times. Thanks to its low viscosity, its water-reactive components and high capillary activity in damp or water-bearing cracks > 0.15mm (150 Micron) in width, the material is ideal for filling cracks and cavities at a constant mixing stability.
Upon contact with water, foam formation begins after approx. 15 seconds (20° C). Curing time amounts to approx. 1 minute with good edge adhesion properties

Thanks to its low viscosity, its water-reactive components and high capillary activity in damp or water-bearing cracks > 0.2mm (200 Micron) in width.

Colossus® PU 2K 521 SLV is a very low-viscosity PU injection resin of excellent flow and penetration which is suitable for dry, damp and wet masonry , Concrete . Colossus® PU 2K 521 SLV cures to form an elastic, chemical-resistant resin of constant volume. The cured resin is resistant to harmful salts, lyes and acids in concentrations usually found in building constructions.
Colossus® PU 2K 521 SLV is also water-repellent and waterproof in the form of a thin film or pore closure. In masonry affected by efflorescence, any salts within the injection level become inert.

Colossus® GEL 2K Acryl 2401 is a high-grade, quick-gelling polyacrylic injection gel of low viscosity and excellent sealing qualities. The material is characterized by its high expandability and strength and absorbs regular movements of the building structure easily . Colossus® 2K ACLGEL 2401 reacts to form a waterproof, flexible but solid gel of good adhesion to dry and wet mineral surfaces. In a moisture-vapor saturated atmosphere (slight moisture or moisture equilibrium in the brickwork) the material remains dimensionally stable. In the case of alternating dry and wet periods the gel shrinks and swells reversibly . Colossus® Gel 2K Acryl 2401 is suitable as a post-construction, rear-side sealing for construction, expansion and canal joints covered with soil. Colossus® 2K ACLGEL 2401 can also be used within porous structures (e.g. masonry) and for the installation of post-construction water stops.

Gel 2K Acryl 2509 ZR
Colossus® Gel 2K Acryl 2509 ZR is a tough and elastic four-component acrylate-based injection fluid in which the initiator = component B is not dissolved in water as is usually the case with acrylic injection products, but in a strengthening polymer blend. The use of this strengthening polymer blend leads to excellent physical properties of the gel masses. Colossus® Gel 2K Acryl 2509 ZR is an four-component acrylate injection resin pacifically developed for injecting structures in which waterproofing imposes strict requirements on the physical properties of the gel masses (fluctuating groundwater levels, settling of the concrete, expansion joints, etc.).

Colossus® PN – 2K F1 – Pneumatic Operated Two Component High Pressure Injection Pump
The working principle of the Colossus® PN – 2K F1 is based on two regenerative, air-operated piston pumps. A compressor with an air output of 200 – 400 l/min. is required for operating the pump. The individual components are introduced to the mixing head separately. The actual mixing process is implemented by means of a static mixer located in the mixing head. Check valves prevent the components from flowing back into the feed tubes and thus avoid all accidental reactions within the feed system.
