• Conproof IWC is a integral waterproofing compound contain a blend of specialty chemicals which when incorporated in concrete reduces permeability and facilitates the construction of water tight structures. It makes the concrete waterproof to resist both hydrostatic pressure and capillary absorption.
  • Conproof IWC resist to penetration of water both under hydrostatic pressure & capillary action.
  • Initially alkaline. Has no corrosive effect on reinforcement in mass concrete.

• Seal TBM/C is a sealant, that can be used in tunnels dug with full-section mechanical cutter to prevent backfilling grout, water and mortar from penetrating the shield and reaching the digging face. His high temperatures resistance reduces flame risk in tunnelling machines. Seal TBM/C has excellent pumping properties and adhesion to all surfaces, excellent water wash out resistance, even against salt

  water. It is formulated to resist high pressures.

  Although consumption depends on TBM type and soil conditions like external pressure, it is usually applied around 0,400 – 1,500 kg/m2 (0,08-0,31 lb/ft2) through the tunnel cross section.

ConPlas LN

Conplas LN is a vinsol resin based air entraining agent free from calcium chloride. Adding of Conplas LN to ordinary cement mortars entrains microscopic air bubbles which are evenly spaced in the matrix of the mortar. This phenomenon not only plasticizes the mix but also disrupt the capillaries thus facilitating additional waterproofing. The mortar thus obtained can effectively withstand various climatic cycles. Especially rains without being affected.

• Conplas LN gives ease of working by improved plasticity with consequently increased productivity.

Conflo LN

Conflo LN is a high molecular weight polymer based on LingoSulphonate, chloride free, high range water reducing & waterproofing admixture designed as an aid to high quality concrete production.

Enables a reduced water : Cement ratio to facilitate the production of high strength concrete. Improves workability at given water : cement ratios, aiding flow and compaction around re-inforcement. Also makes concrete impermeable. Aids Compaction and the production of fair faced concrete.

Reduces viscosity thus improving pump ability, A low slump concrete can be turned into flowing concrete that requires little or no vibration for compaction. Enable optimum cement content for given strength requirements. Reduces viscosity segregation and laitance particularly in harsh gap-graded mixtures. High range, low dosage superplasticier working at a dosage range between 0.15% to 0.5% by wt. Of cement

• Single component acrylic polymer for cement based water proofing composite coating membrane. Provide an effective and economical method of waterproofing to concrete and masonry surfaces by mixing with cement application by brush. Acryl 310 to be mixed with cement at site and simply brush applied over concrete or masonry surfaces to provide an effective waterproof membrane .Acryl 310 is a non toxic , non flammable and users friendly , provide a tough , impermeable  waterproof membrane .  Acryl 310 has an excellent adhesion to concrete and masonry surfaces it protect concrete and masonry from natural elements like wind , rain , sunlight.

  Acryl 310 is a breathable allows inside water vapour to escape.

• Conbond SBR bonding admixture is a styrene butadiene copolymer latex which is specifically modified to be compatible with cement bases  mixes. It enhance mechanical properties such as adhesion, flexibility , compression and impact strength of concrete and improve the thin section fragility of cement when used as coating.

• Polyflex WP Flexible Waterproof  is a brush or roller applied cementitious coating based onAqueous dispersion of Acrylate, used to provide a 1-1.2 mm waterproof coating for concrete, stone and brickwork both internally and externally prevents seepage of water, salts and pollutants, whilst still allowing the substrate to breathe. This product is specifically designed for applications where crack bridging properties are required, to ensure continual waterproofing even when the substrate beneath cracks and moves.

• Conseal W

• Conseal S is an oligomeric organosliane unique liquid to form stable water repellent. Conseal S is low viscosity liquid with an optimum concentration of reactive hydrophobic silane-siloxane in solvent carrier. Conseal S works by impregnating into pores, voids, capillaries and cracks of masonry and concrete forming excellent hydrophobicity on the surface.

  • To treat concrete against ingress of water and water borne salts
  • To minimize efflorescence in masonry structures.
  • To create hydrophobicity in bricks and concrete blocks.

• Conseal W is an aqueous solution of potassium methylsiliconate, mainly for water repellent treatment of porous material used in the construction industries. Silliconate used for imparting a colorless water repellent surface finish to mineral building material without significantly reducing water vapor permeability. Conseal W gives notable reduction in water absorption of the treated substrate and consequently

Pen Con Seal

Pen-Con-Seal is a penetrating, ready-to-use, clear, non-toxic, water-based blend of chemical ingredients which react with the free lime and crystallize with these calcium hydroxides to become an integral part of the concrete. It forms a chemical bond, not an adhesive bond. Pen-Con-Seal is designed for brush, wool roller or low pressure spray application to the surface of concrete, stucco, and masonry products, above grade like terrace , bathroom , wet room or below grade like water tank , dam , basement , power house , interior or exterior.

Pen-Con-Seal is applied on fresh concrete as a cure, and on all concrete for sealing, hardening, waterproofing, weather-proofing. Protects concrete surfaces from abrasion, chemical corrosion, freeze-thaw damage and stops water seepage where it is not caused by cracking or other structural failure.

Con Accel CL

Con Accel CL is an accelerating water reducer admixture based on Calcium chloride . Con Accel CL accelerate the setting time by increasing the density and adding the hydration reaction with calcium chloride for cement based products.
